A block of rooms has been secured for conference attendees at The Waldorf Astoria New York.  All attendees (corporates and investors) are responsible for making their own hotel reservations directly with the hotel.

Please mention the Credit Suisse Small & Mid Cap Conference or the group code CSSMID15 to receive the preferred conference rate of $469.00/night (plus tax).

Please note that rooms are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

The cancellation policy for the hotel is 2 days prior to your arrival date or the first night's stay will be charged to your credit card.  In order to secure the preferred conference rate, reservations must be made by Tuesday, August 25, 2015.
