KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

Gregory D Gibb, CEO, Lufax
Greg Gibb, Chairman of Shanghai Lujiazui International Financial Assets Exchange Co., Ltd (Lufax) since he joined Ping An in 2011. Mr. Greg Gibb created Lufax.com, the online platform for personal investment and financing, and Lfex.com, the platform for trading of non-standard financial assets. He also innovates in a number of Internet finance business models. Under his leadership, the Lufax.com platform ranked No. 3 among top P2P firms in the world by trading volume within 2 years.  
Previously, Mr. Greg Gibb had worked for Merrill Lynch, McKinsey & Company and Taishin Financial Holding Co., Ltd., which brought him over 20 years' multinational and local working experience in the financial investment field. He has been paying attention to China's economic development and participating in China's financial development for a long time.
Due to great contribution, Mr. Greg Gibb was elected into the "Recruitment Program of Global Experts" and was honored with the title of one of "Top 10 Figures in Financial Innovation in Shanghai (2012)" and the "2013 China's Top Ten Leaders in Internet Finance". He was also invited by PBOC as an external expert to advise on the development and regulations of the Internet finance sector in China.
Mr. Greg Gibb graduated from Middlebury College in the US as an East Asian Studies major, and was fluent in Chinese. He was born in Chicago and grew up in Switzerland, Spain and Britain.

Shijin Liu, Vice Chairman, China Development Research Foundation; Former Vice Minister of Development Research Center, State Council
Mr. Liu is the Executive Director of China Federation of Industrial Economics (CFIE) and Deputy Director of CFIE's Academic Committee, member of the National Consulting Committee for Industrial Policies, member of Expert Committee of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, member of Academic Committee of China Reform Foundation and Director of China Development Research Foundation. He is tutor of PhD candidates, advisor to relevant enterprises and professor of a number of universities. He has long been engaged in the research of economic theories and policies covering enterprise reform, evolution of economic system, macro-economic policies, and industrial development and policies.

Shuli Hu, Editor-in-Chief, Caixin Media
Ms. Shuli Hu is the Editor-in-Chief of Caixin Media. Internationally recognized for her achievements in journalism, Ms. Hu was awarded the Ramon Magsaysay Award in 2014 and Missouri Honor Medal for Distinguished Service in Journalism in 2012. She was listed among Top 100 Influential People of 2011 by Time magazine, and was twice named one of Top 100 Global Thinkers by Foreign Policy magazine in 2009 and 2010. The Caixin editorial team, under her leadership, won the 2011 Shorenstein Journalism Award from Stanford University.
Ms. Hu serves as a member on the Reuters Editorial Advisory Board. She is a member of the International Media Council of the World Economic Forum, and a regional advisor for the International Center for Journalists.

Xiqing Gao, Adjunct Professor of School of Law, Tsinghua University; Former Vice President, CSRC; Former Vice Chairman & President, China Investment Corporation
Mr. Xiqing Gao was the vice chairman, president and Chief Investment Officer of China Investment Corporation, China's sovereign wealth fund, from 2007 to 2014. Previously, he served as vice chairman of the National Council for Social Security Fund of China from 2003 to 2007, following his position as vice chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) from 1999 to 2003. He is Cheng Yu-tung Chair Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at School of Law, Tsinghua University, and adjunct professor at Duke University School of Law. Mr. Gao was a construction worker for Xiangyang-Chongqing Railway from 1970 to 1973 and was a mechanist at Xi'an Kunlun Machinery Factory from 1973 to 1974.
Mr. Gao received his B.A. equivalent in 1978 and Master of Laws in 1981, both from University of International Business and Economics. As a Richard Nixon Scholar, he attended Duke University School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1986. From 1986 to 1988, he practiced law with a major Wall Street firm before returning to China. As a co-founder of Stock Exchange Executive Council, he was instrumental in the founding of CSRC and the establishment of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges in the early 1990s. As one of the founding members of CSRC, Mr. Gao served as its General Counsel and Director of Public Offerings from 1992 to 1995. From 1997 to July 1999, Mr. Gao served as Vice-Chairman and CEO of BOC International, the investment banking arm of Bank of China in Hong Kong. Since 1986, Mr. Gao has served as either a member or the chairman of arbitration panels for hundreds of international trade or investment disputes between Chinese and foreign companies, under the CIETAC, HKIAC and the Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

Yiping Huang, Adviser to the PBOC Monetary Policy Committee & Vice Dean of National School of Development, Peking University
Yiping Huang is Professor of Economics/Deputy Dean at the National School of Development and Director of the Research Center for Internet Finance, Peking University. His research focuses mainly on macroeconomic policy and financial reform. Currently he serves as a member of the People's Bank of China's Monetary Policy Committee. Previously, he was a policy analyst at the Research Center for Rural Development of the State Council, Managing Director and Chief Asia Economist for Citigroup, and Managing Director and Chief Economist for Emerging Asia for Barclays.

Baiqing Shao, CEO, Hollysys Automation
Mr. Baiqing Shao, one of the main founders of Hollysys, has served as Chief Executive Officer since November 30, 2013. Mr. Shao has served the Company for more than eighteen years as one of the founding group of engineers. Mr. Shao holds a Master Degree of Computer Science from the 6th Research Institute of China Electronics Corporation and an MBA degree from Peking University.

Charles Wang, Founder and CEO, Ceres Capital Management
Dr. Charles Wang is chairman of Shenzhen Ceres Capital Management Co., Ltd.
Dr. Wang was the president of E-fund Asset Management (HK) in charge of corporate governance. He also worked as General Manager of Quantitative Investment in Bosera Asset Management. Before that, he worked in RXR Capital, Aeltus Investments, Putnam Investments and Acadian Asset Management as senior partner and important portfolio manager.
Dr. Wang got Ph. D. in Finance in School of Management, Yale University; Master of Applied Mathematics in University of Massachusetts At Amherst and Bachelor of Mathematics in Peking University.

Diao Ye, Founder, HELIJIA

Diaoye, a cross-trade serial entrepreneur. He created "Afu", the best-selling essential oil brand in China, sold in over 400 offline store counters while achieving an online sales volume more than the total sales of the 2nd to 10th sellers. He created the catering business featured by "Diaoye Beef Brisket". His other endeavors include "Xue Pan Skewer", "Pina Bausch Afternoon Tea" and "Qiekelao Clown Pancake".
He is now focusing on O2O field. "Helijia" has become the largest platform in Chinese and even global beauty industry. Its daily order number and transaction per customer have both grown to a level as the O2O industry benchmark, and Helijia is valued at nearly USD$300 million after launched more than one year ago.

Fan Bao, Founder & CEO, China Renaissance
Fan Bao is the founder and CEO of China Renaissance. Prior to founding China Renaissance in 2004, Mr. Bao was the Chief Strategy Officer of AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc., a leading IT service and software company in China and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Over that period, Mr. Bao advised numerous leading international companies, including Bell Canada, Novartis, RPR, Investor AB, NTT, Kepco and KT, on their equity and debt financings, M&A and restructurings. As an investment banker, Mr. Bao assisted his clients with over $7 billion capital markets and $60 billion M&A transactions worldwide. Mr. Bao has worked extensively with leading China corporations including leading the execution of China Unicom's $5.6 billion IPO, one of the largest IPOs from a Chinese issuer.
Mr. Bao is also an active investor and has sponsored a number of successful start-ups in China, including Linktone/Intrinsic, a US-listed leading wireless value-added services provider; Vimicro International, first Chinese fabless IC design company listed on Nasdaq; Oak Pacific, the largest online interactive entertainment and media company in China; and R2G, a pioneer in online music publishing in China. Mr. Bao currently serves as the Chairman of Shenzhen Minrun Agricultural Products and Logistics Limited, the largest supermarket chain in South China.
Mr. Bao holds a M.S. from Norwegian School of Management and a B.S. from Fudan University.

Guoli Ma, Founder, CCTV5 & Chairman, Infront China
Guoli Ma, the Chairman of Infront China, is one of the most influential figures in the Chinese sports and broadcasting industry. He was among the top 50 "Most Influential People in Sport" in a survey by the Guardian in 2000.
Born in Beijing in 1953, Mr. Ma graduated from the Beijing Broadcasting University in 1982 and joined the sport department of China Central Television's (CCTV) as a sports journalist. In 1984, he studied with one of the German television networks for one year.
Mr. Ma became Head of CCTV Sports in 1989, producing the first sports program in China. He was promoted as Executive Officer of the Sports Department and founded CCTV's sports channel CCTV-5 with about 10 people in 1995.
Mr. Ma was responsible for CCTV's broadcast of the 1990 and 1994 Asian Games and has worked on six Olympic Summer Games and four Olympic Winter Games.
He joined Infront Sports & Media in January 2009 after his successful three-year role as the Chief Operating Officer of Beijing Olympic Broadcasting (BOB) - the company responsible for producing the 2008 Olympic Games television coverage.

Herman Zhou, CEO & Founder, Yongche.com
Mr. Zhou is a serial entrepreneur, and an innovative practitioner of mobile Internet, O2O e-business model, "Car-sharing", and "Intelligent Transportation". He founded Yongche.com to redefine the city car-usage with a brand-new concept, and make travel more relaxed, convenient and hassle-free.  Mr. Zhou holds an EMBA from CKGSB.

Jason Yu, General Manager, Kantar Worldpanel China
Mr. Yu specializes in consumer panel research with 18 years substantial experiences in serving both manufacturers and retailers in Asia and Europe. He started his current role as General Manager of Kantar Worldpanel in Jan 2008. He is responsible for overall commercial and operation in mainland China, focusing on strategic development of the service and client satisfaction.  Mr. Yu also sits on the Worldpanel Asia regional board.  He joined TNS in 2002, and was responsible for key client development in China, UK and Asia region.

Jianshuo Wang, CEO, Baixing.com
Jianshuo Wang is the founder and chief executive officer of Baixing.com, a leading online classified platform in China. Founded on March 1, 2005, Baixing.com is the first and one of the biggest classified advertising websites in China. Till June 2015, this website has won monthly more than 100 million active users and monthly more than 10 million pieces of new information from nationwide 380 cities, with mobile traffic already more than 80% of its total traffic. Jianshuo worked for eBay for three years, as head of eBay China's classified businesses, Kijiji. Prior to that, Jianshuo worked for Microsoft from 1999 to 2005. He was one of the earliest, longest lasting, and most famous bloggers in China. He used to blog daily in English from 2002 to 2012 on wangjianshuo.com. He is a Fellow of the Young Leader's Forum of the National Committee of the US-China Relationships, and was named one of the nine Young Chinese Entrepreneurs to Watch by Forbes. He is also a member of LinkedIn's Influencer Program. Jianshuo attended Shanghai Jiaotong University, majoring in Automation and he is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Joseph Wang, Chief Commercial Officer, Travel Daily
Mr. Wang joined Traveldaily.cn as the Chief Commercial Officer in Sept, 2014. Prior to that, he was the Senior Director of Hotel Business Unit Qunar.com from 2009, focusing on Hotel Direct Sales.
He used to work for China Mobile 12580 as the Director of Hotel Business, focusing on hotel supplier partnership management and customer service. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Wang worked at eLong.com, in charge of hotel market management.
Mr. Wang was invited by several universities as visiting professor and tutor, also invited by Chinese Tourism Hotel Association, China Meetings Industry Alliance and several other industry organizations as VIP speaker.

Kai Yu, CEO & Founder, Horizon Robotics - startup company on robot chipset
Horizon is an AI processor design company, focused on chipset design for service robotics. Mr. Yu Kai was ex-Head of Baidu's Institute of Deep Learning (IDL), member of National "1000Plan". Co-founder Mr. Yang Ming was Facebook AI lab scientist. Horizon Robotics was founded in mid-2015, and got angel round investment from leading VCs including MorningSide, Hillhouse, Sequoia, GSR, LinearVenture, and ZhenFund.

Karen Wang, Partner, JX E-Commerce & Logistics
Ms. Ying (Karen) WANG, based in Shanghai , is currently Partner of  JX E-Commerce & Logistics since October 2014. Previously, from June 2009 to July 2014, Karen was the Logistics Director at Tmall (B2C Division) and Director of 1688 (Wholesale Division) at Alibaba Technology. While at Alibaba, Ms. Wang played an instrumental role in driving a number of key business initiatives across various business lines at Alibaba. As Director of Tmall's Logistics division, she was responsible for strategic, market and platform planning and introduced the "guaranteed delivery" service which significantly improved delivery speed and quality. She was also Founding Director and General Manager of Alibaba's O2O business (including CaiNiao Network Technology, Community + Campus). Ms Wang was also founding Director and General Manager in Operations at Alibaba's B2B platform GongXiao (formerly known as FenXiao) - where the team she led achieved RMB 10 million in Revenue within the first month of launch. Between 2007 to 2009, Ms. Wang was General Manager of the Commercial division at Ebay EachNet, a JV between Ebay and Tom Online Inc., a personal Online Trading Business in China. While at Ebay, Ms. Wang was involved in planning the One Yuan trading, eBay Home Decoration day promotions. In her role, she was also responsible for business planning, marketing, product design, data analysis, user design experience, search engine optimization (SEO).  From 2006 to 2007, Ms. Wang was Procurement Manager at the Shanghai Eastern China Branch of Carrefour (China), where she was responsible for the procurement of different brands and products across major merchandise categories and was actively involved in managing the Profit ,Loss , inventory, overall marketing plan and supplier promotion activities and pricing negotiations. Ms. Wang is very familiar with the E-Commerce sector in China including Logistics, O2O, B2b2C and B2C.

Kevin Qian, Executive Director and CFO, China Harmony New Energy Auto Holding Limited
Mr. Qian is an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer of China Harmony New Energy Auto, responsible for strategy and investment, corporate finance, and capital markets. Prior to joining Harmony Auto, Mr. Qian had nearly ten years of experiences working at global leading financial institutions, like Citigroup, CICC, Cazenove Asia.

Liang Tang, Vice General Manager, China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Ltd
Mr. Tang is the deputy general manager of Yongda Automobile Group. Mr. Tang has over 10 years of working experience in the automobile industry. Prior to joining us, Mr. Tang worked at SAIC-GM Auto in both Manufacturing and Marketing division, later served as the assistant to the Marketing vice president of SAIC-GM Auto.

Lijun Li, Chairman, Cixing Robotics
Mr. Li, graduated from University of Melbourne, senior engineer. He Worked for Zhejiang Electric research institute, Zhejiang Energy Group. He is now the Chairman of Cixing Robot.
Cixing Group is listed on Shenzhen Exchange (Stock code: 300307), global leading supplier in smart knitting equipment. Cixing is also the national industry standard setter and a national high-tech enterprises. It has research centers for knitting machinery and control in Vinonnaz, Switzerland and Mirandola, Italy. It owns 48  invention patents and 625 other patents. Cixing extenedd its business to industrial robots in 2013. Cixing sets up a joint venture specializing in robot control system - Wuhu Gugao with Shenzhen Gugao, a leading motion control maker in China. Cixing also established Cixing Robot Tech Co. with Effort in March 2014. With the leading technology support from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology and the strategy partnership with KUKA, Kawasaki and Effort. Cixing aims to provide efficient and innovative solution to labor intensive companies in Yangzi River and Pearl River Delta areas. To further implement the strategy, Cixing and its parent company invested in many robot companies, such as Dingna and Chixiao, focusing on robot visionary, Dongguan Zhongtian, 3C industrial automation. Recently, the Group also established stratigic cooperation with Robot and human engineering Lab in University of California, Berkerly to develop cost efficient medical and industrial robotic bone products. Ming Tian, CEO, Star China International Media Ltd & Producer, The Voice of China
Ming Tian has worked in the television industry for over 20 years and was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, Star China International Media Co., Ltd. & President, Shanghai Canxing Cultural and Broadcast Company Ltd. in May, 2011.
Prior to joining Star China International Media Co., Ltd., Mr. Tian was the Vice President of Shanghai Media Group (SMG), taking full charge of Dragon TV, the golden channel of SMG and entertainment business. He took the lead in launching a string of popular and phenomenally successful series including China's Got Talent, Let's Shake It, My Hero, Mr. Zhou Live Show and Oriental Live Studio. The advertising revenue of Dragon TV doubled within one year after his appointment.
In 2012, based on The Voice of Holland, Mr. Tian created the run-away ratings hit - The Voice of China for Star China International Media Co., Ltd. He was named as the Annual Media Figure by Media Dreamworks.

Mingzhong Tu, Head of Product Department, Ecommerce Logistics Business Group, SF Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd.
Mingzhong Tu is the senior director in the E-commerce product line of SF Express. Mr. Tu joined SF Express two years ago after working for China Post for 18 years. He worked as the key leader for Guangdong EMS in 2009 when EMS was in cooperation with Alibaba creating Wuliubao, a country-wide logistic cluster for e-commerce users of all courier companies . He led the team to build the benchmark warehouse in South China for Tmall Electronic Appliances in 2010. Mr. Tu holds an MBA degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

Na Feng, COO, Shijie99
Ms. Fung is the COO and Founding Shareholder of Shijie 99 (Beijing) International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. She's responsible for the whole Shijie 99 operations, including international flight, international hotel, 99 cloud platform, as well as the other related work about the marking and business resources.

Na Yao, Founder, FishTrip
Na Yao, the founder of Fishtrip Ltd., Co, graduated from Tsinghua University of Journalism and Communication Specialty in 2005.
In 2005, when she was a second year graduate student of Tsinghua University, Yao joined Google China as the first group employee. In Google China, she had systematically participated in the training of the operation, sales, marketing, and iteration of Google AdWords product and built the call center of AdWords in China.
In 2008, Yao joined Douban Ltd., Co and was in charge of business development as the first appointed director of this position in Douban. After she started her job, she built the advertisement injecting system and the first commercial product named Minisite (Douban station).
In 2009, Yao joined Babytree Ltd., Co and fully took in charge of the daily management as the executive assistant of the CEO and became the key member of the founding team.
In 2012, Yao started up her own business and founded Fishtrip Ltd., Co. Fishtrip is her second startup project in tourism industry.

Philip Kuai, Founder & CEO, Dada
Philip Kuai is the Founder and CEO of Dada. Founded in early 2014, backed by DST and Sequoia, Dada is the largest last-3km logistics company in China and globally. Prior to founding Dada, Philip was founding member and senior executive at AdChina [acquired by Alibaba] and Anjuke [acquired by 58.com]. Philip holds master degree of engineering in logistics from MIT.

Rachel Ma , Head of CPG Consumer Insights, Nielsen
Rachel has worked in Nielsen for 15 years and has worked with leading local and MNC clients to help them make business decisions based on consumer insight.
She is an all-rounded researcher with experiences covering various research areas, particularly, she has rich experiences in understanding consumer needs and shopper behavior, estimating market size, tracking brand performance and identifying best solutions for innovation. Her research experience not only involves CPG, but also in finance, durables, automobile, health supplements, OTC and real estate.
Rachel graduated from Nankai University and Queen's University. Prior to joining Nielsen, Rachel has worked in the research function in Peoples Bank of China for 5 years.

Renhong Su, Partner, Walden International China
Mr. Su is a venture capital veteran in China semiconductor and TMT sectors. He had strong tech background in semi and telecom related areas, and worked in Semtech, Huawei, and ZTE for his early career. Investment cases include Silergy, Mintai, MEMSensing Microsystems, Giantec, and 3PeakIC.

Shengjun Liu, Executive Deputy Director, CEIBS Lujiazui Institute of International Finance
Dr. Liu is a leading economist in China known for his focus on China's economic reform. His research interests include China's economic and financial reform, internet finance. He was one of the six economists invited by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang to the State Council for a policy-consultation meeting on 15 July 2014.
Dr. Liu joined CEIBS in 2002. He received his Ph.D. in economics and bachelor degree from East China Normal University and Renmin University of China, respectively.

Simon Jury, General Manager, Dunnhumby China
Simon has 16 years of experience turning complex consumer data into commercially relevant insight.  After completing a PhD in Physics from Edinburgh University he spent four years as a professional services consultant with the software company Quadstone working across Retail, Financial Services, Telco and Government sectors, developing mathematical models to optimise marketing treatments, accurately measure customer responses and develop segmented customer treatments.
In 2003, Simon joined the strategy consultants Peppers and Rogers Group, where he spent two years helping blue chip organisations develop more personal and more profitable relationships with their customers through a deeper understanding of customers' needs and customer value.
After joining dunnhumby in 2005, Simon held various management roles in the UK business within the Tesco and Consumer Markets team before relocating to China in 2008. Simon is currently the China General Manager, helping dunnhumby·clients extract value from their Big Data initiatives.

Stephen Liu, Founder and CEO, Vision Credit Limited
Stephen Liu , founder and CEO of Vision Credit Limited, was graduated from the University of Michigan with an MBA degree.  Before founding Vision Credit, he worked for Sanwa Bank, a Japanese bank as head of Greater China. Vision Credit Limited is the first domestic company that involved in unsecured micro-credit loan. After over ten years development, Vision Credit has accumulated total loan up to 10 billion yuan. With the support of advanced risk control technique, Vision Credit has developed a series of market-leading network financial products, such as KK Credit, Star Credit, Bean Loan, etc.

Weiping Liang, CEO, Angejia.com
Mr. Liang is a Master degree holder from Tongji University and major in Underground Construction Engineering. He founded Anjuke in 2007; being the Chairman and CEO of Anjuke Group, he led the group to become the number-one platform for property searching in China.
He established a platform for real estate transactions - Angejia Inc. in April 2015. Devoted to using the most advanced mobile technology to solve the users?experience and difficulties in real estate transactions, Angejia APP and its five-star offline service centre currently have wide coverage of real estate market in Shanghai.

Wenning Xing, Managing Director, Hearst Corporation China
Wenning Xing is a seasoned media & entertainment veteran and a juror for the International Emmy Awards. He currently serves as the China Managing Director of Hearst Corporation, a leading diversified media and information company, whose China operations include international magazine and digital media brands such as ELLE, Harper's Bazaar, COSMO; Trends Media Group; Fitch Ratings China; Hearst Ventures; and a media focused investment fund together with IDG. Wenning is a graduate of Harvard University and Columbia University.

XiuYuan Huang, Founder & CEO, YouXia Motors
Mr. Huang is a serial entrepreneur, who had established a few internet startups which were acquired by Baidu, Ultrapower, etc. He founded YouXia Motors, a leading internet electric vehicle maker, in 2014.

Yan Wu, President, World Chinese Science Fiction Association (CSFA)
Mr. Wu is a Professor at the School of Chinese Language and Literature at Beijing Normal University. He is also a science fiction author and researcher, and is the President of the World Chinese Science Fiction Association. His related publications include "Exploring the Deep Soul" (novel, 1994), "In the Sixth Day-Life or Death" (novel, 1996), "Exodus" (anthology, 2003), "Mouse Pad" (anthology, 2012), and "Introductory of Science Fiction" (2006), "Theories and Frameworks of Science Fiction Studies" (2008), "Critical Outlines of Science Fiction" (2011), "Six lectures on Science Fiction" (2013), "(Re)imagining the World - Children? Literature Response to Changing Times" (2013).

Yuanpu Huang, Founder & CEO, iyiou.com
Mr. Huang is an explorer and advocate for the O2O new business in China. He is the founder of IYIOU which was recognized as the top-ranked medium and research institution of China's O2O new businesses. As of now iYiou has successfully got angel and A-round investments. Before iYiou, Mr. Huang worked as analyst covering e-commerce business at iResearch and launched reports on O2O with extensive influence. He used to be a B2C starter on international trade as well.
Mr. Huang graduated from China Foreign Affairs University, and has a Master's degree.

Zafka Zhang, Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, China Youthology
Zafka Zhang is the co-founder & Chief Strategy Office of China Youthology, a seasoned youth culture researcher, youth marketing consultant and a sound artist. Zafka graduated from Fudan University and SOAS, University of London with the masters in Public Administration and Political Sociology. He is currently on the Coursera China Advisory Board, the world's biggest massive online open education platform. Zafka was previously an advisor for the Association of Virtual Worlds (global industry association), the head of the research team at HiPiHi (China's first virtual world platform), and a member of Creative Commons China. Zan Wu, Founder, Zanadu
Mr. Zan Wu founded ZANADU in 2012. He was an Investment Banker with Morgan Stanley from 2005 to 2011, working in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore office. Before that, he was a MTV VJ in Beijing in 2001.

Ali Naqvi, Head of Equities, Asia Pacific, Credit Suisse
Based in Hong Kong, Ali Naqvi is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse and the Head of Equities for Asia Pacific within the Investment Banking division. In this role, Mr. Naqvi oversees the bank's Cash, Prime and Derivatives businesses in the region across over 16 markets and multiple products. Before assuming his current role in October 2010, Mr. Naqvi served as Head of Cash Equities for Asia Pacific. Mr. Naqvi is a member of the Global Equity Management Committee, the Global Equity Operating Committee and the Asia Pacific Operating Committee.
Mr. Naqvi has over 20 years' experience in Asia Pacific equities. He started his career in Equity Research in 1993 and was a ranked analyst in various markets and sectors for a number of years, before assuming management of Asia Equity Research in 2003. Mr. Naqvi joined Credit Suisse in 1998 from Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia, where he was Head of Research for their Pakistan team and Deputy Head of Research for their Indonesia team. Mr. Naqvi also has experience in the electronics industry, focusing on biomedical instrumentation.
Mr. Naqvi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with specialisation in Electronics and Communications from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.

Li Chen, China A-share Strategist, Credit Suisse
Before joining CS, Li Chen was head of China equity strategy of UBS securities for five years. Before that, he worked as research head of Harvest fund, the second largest mutual fund in mainland China, in 2009-2010. he started his career at Shenyinwanguo research, one of China's leading local brokers in 2002. Mr. Chen has been a strategist for over 12 years and focuses on A-share market. He was ranked top 3 portfolio strategist by II (all-China) and Asiamoney from 2011-14 and was ranked top strategist by New Fortune in 2004-08 when he worked for the local broker.

Neville Hill, Co-Head of the Global Economics and Fixed Income Strategy Group, Credit Suisse
Neville Hill is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Economics and Fixed Income Strategy Group in Fixed Income Research. He is also Head of the European Economics team. Along with his team, Neville is responsible for producing insightful and investible economic research and forecasts for the global economy. Together they support Credit Suisse's clients as well as its sales and trading teams.
Neville has been an economist at Credit Suisse since 1999. Prior to joining the bank he was an economist for the UK Government Economic Service, working in the EMU policy team at HM Treasury.
Neville holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Bristol.

Ray Farris, Head of Asia Macro Strategy, Credit Suisse
Ray Farris is a Managing Director and Head of Asia Macro Strategy. Prior to this, Ray was at various times Head of the Global Emerging Markets Strategy team, Head of the Asia-Pacific Macro Product Research team, Head of Fixed Income Strategy for the Asia Pacific region, and Head of Global Foreign Exchange Strategy (based out of London during 2007-11). Ray joined Credit Suisse in February 1998 from BZW Asia, where he was Head of Asian Economics in the equity division. He holds a degree in Economics with highest honours from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a Master's degree in Finance with distinction from London Business School.

Vincent Chan, Head of China Research, Credit Suisse
Vincent Chan is a Managing Director and Head of China/HK research for Credit Suisse. He is responsible for covering China and HK strategy.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse in May 2004, Vincent worked at UBS, covering China strategy and was Head of China A-Share research for the equity research department. He was also at HSBC Securities for one year.
Vincent has been ranked in various polls since 1999, and has consistently been a top-three-rated China analyst in the AsiaMoney survey since 2000. In 2006, Vincent was rated the Number One analyst. The Credit Suisse China Research Team has also consistently ranked among the top five in Institutional Investor surveys since 2005.
Vincent received a Master of Social Science (Economics) from the University of Hong Kong. He is based in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
