7th Annual Credit Suisse Small & Mid Cap Conference

Welcome to the website for the 7th Annual Credit Suisse Small & Mid Cap Conference!

The event will be held September 14th and 15th, 2016, at The Waldorf Astoria in New York City. The conference has quickly become a flagship event in the small/mid investor community. In recent years this conference has been among the biggest small/mid cap focused events on the sell side, with 700-900 small/mid cap investors and over 130 companies presenting.

As has been the case in recent years, we are targeting companies between $500 million and $6 billion market cap. In past years, the median market cap of presenting companies has been around $1.5 billion.

Each day of the conference will feature sector-focused tracks with 30 minute "unplugged" presentation slots for corporates. We are using the same format as our 2011-2015 events, which we think provides a more intimate feel than other conferences and will give investors ample opportunity to explore new ideas. In the group presentations there will be no power point or webcasts. Companies will provide a ten to fifteen minute business overview and update while the rest of the time will be devoted to Q&A. While we will not have breakout sessions, one-on-one meetings will be available. The vast majority of presenters will be CEOs, CFOs, or COOs.

The conference was designed to appeal to generalists and portfolio managers and will feature companies from the Consumer Discretionary & Staples, Technology, Industrials, Energy, Financials, Services and Health Care sectors.

This website will be updated regularly with the latest list of companies confirmed to present. Please check back in mid-August for a more detailed agenda with specific company speaking times and speaker names. If you are interested in attending, note that the registration and one-on-one deadlines are Friday, August 26th. All attendees must be pre-registered by the deadline.

Please reach out to your Credit Suisse salesperson if you are interested in attending, as investor attendance is limited and registration is restricted. Due to space constraints, investors who are not current clients of Credit Suisse are not eligible to attend.
