Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been secured for conference attendees at The Phoenician. Please make your hotel reservation directly with the hotel and be sure to mention the Credit Suisse Technology, Media & Telecom Conference to receive the preferred conference rate of $287 (plus tax). Please note that rooms are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you would like to be added to the waitlist to receive the conference rate, please contact Michelle Castillo in Credit Suisse's Corporate Events Department via email (michelle.castillo@credit-suisse.com) to add your name to the waitlist. Please include your preferred arrival and departure date in your email.
Cancellation Policy
In order to reserve a room at either hotel, you will be required to provide a deposit for your entire stay , Major credit cards are acceptable for prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately.
Reservations must be made by November 9, 2015 to ensure the group rate.
Cancellation and no-show charges
To avoid penalty charges to your credit card, any cancellations or changes must be made 10 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations shortened within 10 days of arrival will be charged for all nights of the original booking.
- Reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival will be charged for all nights of the original booking.

Overflow Accommodations
A block of overflow rooms has been secured for conference attendees at W Scottsdale. Please make your hotel reservation directly with the hotel and be sure to mention the Credit Suisse Technology, Media & Telecom Conference to receive the preferred conference rate of $265 (plus tax). Please note that rooms are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shuttle service will be provided between The Phoenician and the W Hotel over the duration of the conference. Schedules will be available at the W Hotel upon arrival.
Reservations must be made by November 9, 2015 to ensure the group rate.
